Terms of Service

By accessing or using the xuly.io service (the "Service") operated by xuly.io GmbH ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with us. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access by emailing security@xuly.io.

You agree not to use the Service to (a) upload malicious code, (b) reverse-engineer the platform, (c) bypass rate limits, (d) infringe intellectual-property rights, or (e) engage in fraud or unlawful activity.

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid authorisation for every affiliate account you connect.

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact billing@xuly.io.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Trials require no payment and convert only if you explicitly upgrade.

You retain all rights to the data you upload or generate via the Service. We only process it to operate the Service.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Subprocessor list is published at /legal/subprocessors and updated as required.

xuly.io connects to affiliate programs using credentials you provide. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms.

We are not liable for actions, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party vendors.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the platform at risk.

On termination, we retain your data for 30 days in case you return, after which it is permanently deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We take security seriously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email and in the dashboard. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
