Reading the stats dashboard
Overview, Stats, and Reports — what shows up where and how to filter.
xuly.io gives you three views of the same underlying data: Overview (KPIs and trend charts), Stats (raw filterable table), and Reports (scheduled and one-click exports).
Overview
The default landing page after login. Four KPI cards show trailing 30-day Net Revenue, Commission, FTDs, and active integration count — each with a delta versus the prior 30-day window. Below: a revenue trend line, top brands list, and recent sync activity. All numbers update as soon as a sync run completes.
Stats
The raw table view. Click Filters to narrow by date range, brand, campaign, or source. Change Group by to pivot the view — e.g. "Group by: Brand" rolls up every dimension to per-brand rows. Click Export CSV at any time; the download reflects whatever filters are applied.
Columns you can expect
date— normalised to your workspace timezoneclicks,signups,ftd_count— countsdeposits_amount,ggr,ngr,commission— monetary, in the row's original currencycommission_base— commission converted into your workspace base currency (uses daily ECB + crypto mid-market rates)
Saved views
Any filter+group combination can be saved as a view. Saved views appear in the left sidebar and can be shared workspace-wide (toggle Shared when saving). Views capture the full query URL — you can also just copy the browser URL.
Late-settling conversions
Brands often back-date FTDs by a few days as chargebacks and bonus clawbacks settle. We re-fetch the last 7 days on every sync and upsert on (integration_id, date, campaign, source, sub_id)— numbers for a given day keep updating until they stabilise.
